PET FRIENDLY RENTAL WEBSITE RESPONDS TO FORECLOSURE CRISIS WITH ENHANCEMENTS
Former Sub-Prime Mortgage Lender Compiles Pet Friendly Rentals on Beta Website: DogHouseProperties.com
Charleston, SC - Locally based Dog House Properties LLC has re-launched DogHouseProperties.com as a Beta website. With an aim to alleviate the current rental housing strain on individuals and families with pets, the Beta site will aggregate pet friendly rental listings onto DogHouseProperties.com utilizing additional online resources.
Since January 2006, DogHouseProperties.com has operated as an internet based search engine showcasing only pet friendly rental property listings (including vacation, long-term, and apartment complex listings). Now, as DogHouseProperties.com enters the initial stages of their Beta website, they will also combine and integrate pet friendly rental listings from larger search engines - such as Google Base - and data feeds from property management and real estate companies.
President and Founder Rebecca Suarez says, "As a former sub-prime mortgage lender, my heart goes out to those individuals and families who can no longer afford their homes. As more families lose their home to foreclosure, they are realizing an unimaginable strain of finding pet friendly rental housing. The goal of our Beta re-launch is to compile pet friendly housing information into one resource, aiming to reduce family pet surrenders to animal shelters and abandonment of the pet altogether. Ultimately, re-branding our website and integrating pet friendly rental listings from other online resources will allow DogHouseProperties.com to become the primary website for pet friendly housing searches."
DogHouseProperties.com expects the site to be in Beta for at least 1 year. Additionally, users can expect the release of several features during the Beta stage:
